MOBILE CARDIAC TELEMETRY
The Fusion Mobile Cardiac Telemetry Recorder combines the advantages of wireless technology with real time
continuous analysis of a patient’s cardiac rhythm in one device.In addition to fast automatic wireless transmissions
of patient data, it also stores up to 30 days of information.Clinics can query any period of interest at any time
if more detailed patient data is needed about patient events.Our Fusion MCT Software confirms the events that
are recorded by the Fusion MCT device and provides further insight into the data.
Diagnostic algorithms in the device automatically capture asymptomatic events via real time continuous analysis
of cardiac rhythm while patient is mobile.

Upon capturing an event, data is send wirelessly without patient interaction to a 24/7 monitoring center for analysis by a certified cardiac technician. Single device for patient convenience, comfort and ease of use.Records and stores 30 days of full disclosure data. Any period of time can be retrieved remotely from the device for viewing during the monitoring session.
Redundant data transmission via cellular wireless network or by Bluetooth as a backup if the patient is out of network.
Allows for bidirectional data flow, so the physician can monitor the patient’s cardiac events and remotely customize the settings for the patient throughout the time that they are being monitored.
Cellular transmitter embed-ded in the Fusion MCT uses a “Quad-Band” modem for maximum flexibility and is compatible with both GSM and GPRS cellular networks.

The Companion is a digital loop recorder that enhances diagnostic yield with onboard arrhythmia detection algorithms for automatic detection, recording and automatic transmission of patient data files to a service center for immediate analysis and physician attention. Transmission occurs without patient interaction.

The Cardiomedix control center, staffed by highly qualified cardiac nurses and technicians provides monitoring 24/7. This offers an easily accessible long term on-line patient monitoring system. Patients can access the monitoring center from any telephone anywhere anytime. The nursing staff will record the ECG, inquire about symptoms, and analyze the data. The patient's physician will also receive a complete report of all recordings. In case of emergency or according to notification criteria, Cardiomedix will notify the physician immediately.
HOLTER MONITORING
The Holter monitoring technique offers arrhythmia analysis of a 24/48/72 hour recording of ECG, providing the physician with beat-to-beat ECG information.
The Holter data is then transferred from the clinic to the Cardiomedix center using secure telecommunication.
The highly qualified Cardiomedix nursing staff, specializing in arrhythmia interpretation, scans and analyzes the recorded data.
The data is analyzed using an advanced, digital Holter system.
High quality, accurate Holter reports are forwarded to the physician promptly between 24 hours, adhering to the pysician's notification criteria.
Reports can be retrieved and viewed on the web from anywhere using a secure login procedure provided to Cardiomedix clients.
The Holter recorders and hook-up kits are provided to the physician's office at no cost.
